Julian Vereker this guy took a solid state design from RCA cook book quasi-complimentary and marketed it he was well revered by non other than Paul Messinger a well known Linn accolite and yes linn Isobarik active used naim amplifiers a pretty awfull design.

I always thought it was a straight copy of a 1968 Wireless World design.

I am no Psych, but I cant help feeling that Boyzo has some deep rooted represive what-nots about this subject as with Isobricks. - Or was one of his ancestors killed at Collodun?

I have never driven either of them, but I think I'd rather have a Merc than a B'mer - However, I wouldn't turn my nose up at either.

Also, even with my limited techie knowledge, I've been at it long enough to know that the old fashioned concepts of proper matching do apply especially to these sort of high end products - a bit like thoroughbred horses?
