Hello, I'm currently in discussion with someone regarding the KEF KUBE 200 pinout. I have 23 VAC on pins 1 and 3, the rest are not connected. He has a picture of a 104 KUBE and it is connected differently.

Is my pinout/power arrangement correct? It's from my US KUBE 200 PSU, but there are only the two wires from it anyway ( I replaced the wall wart with a UK equivalent, but kept the connector and wiring)

Pin 3 goes to 0V (“ground”) pins 1 and 5 go to the bridge rectifier ac inputs. The Kube 200 set up only used pin 1 so that a wall wart with a single winding transformer could be used in a half wave rectifier configuration. (small Kubes used a V-0-V centre tapped transformer adapter)

A lot of thought went into making sure no catastrophic failures occurred even if the wrong power adapter was plugged into any of the other large or small Kubes. That's why some arrangements may appear strange or unconventional.

HTH.
