And the bass volume must be 1/2 or 1/3 of the original?
Why not just sell them and get a 105.4 or maybe something not designed for free space mounting? |

It does not add up, I smell a rat, no sentient being would do this. _________________ I contend that for a nation to try to tax itself into prosperity is like a

In addition, I see one B300 from a 105.2 (3 screw flush mounting) and what could be a 105.1 B300 with a paper cone and pleated surrounds.
However, I would pay between 100 and 200 for them, just to get the heads, probably crossovers and a likely good B300 woofer. A nice project to recreate the 105s. |

I'd need a VERY close look at anything from that venndor as well as a prolonged listen before parting with any cash... _________________ I contend that for a nation to try to tax itself into prosperity is like a

The paper cone is not from a 105.1. The B300A was the same cone, surround and coil as the B300B in the 105.2 (data sheet parameters are identical), just in a huge cast chassis with 6 point fixing like the BBC LS5/5 monitor instead of the pressed steel and 3 point rubber decoupling mounts of the 105.2. |
